This workplace tenant improvement of a vintage 1960 building included all new ceiling construction and lighting, renovation of two multi-accommodation restrooms, the addition of one new gender-neutral restroom, a re-work of the School of Medicine Dean / Vice Chancellor’s office and support staff area and a re-work of the kitchen and collaboration areas. The overall design goal was to include a small nod to the mid-century and modernist design of the existing space.
