OUR HISTORY
Established in 1979 by Linda Taylor, AIA, ACHA, Taylor & Associates Architects, Inc. specialized in institutional work – primarily hospitals and other medical facilities. Today Taylor Design is a strategy-based design firm specializing in health and science sectors. We partner with healthcare systems, research institutions, and science-driven organizations, connecting strategy, experience, and space to transform how care is delivered and discovery is made. Bringing innovative thinking, we continually strive to help clients realize their goals and drive their organizations forward. For us, asking “why” as much as “what” is critical in planning and designing for project delivery. Taylor Design embraces projects that contribute positive experiences for people and the creation of greater possibilities, including modest facility remodels, new construction, and infrastructure improvements, to large-scale hospital replacements and master planning.
