Taylor Design was selected by the University of California, Berkeley to renovate an existing 900 square foot Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) laboratory suite to accommodate a new Talos Arctica G2 Microscope and a future Titan Krios High Base 80-300 Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). A separate equipment room was designed to house Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and chiller equipment for each of the two microscopes together with all required disconnects, and sufficient cooling and exhaust for anticipated equipment heat loads.
