In response to ever-growing patient volumes, Taylor Design worked with Hoag Hospital to convert vacant administrative space into an emergency department fast track unit. The new fast track unit serves as a non-contiguous expansion to the existing emergency department, and follows all established ED procedures, including staffing, training, and operations. The project scope includes treatment bays, a nurse station, and one procedure room for ambulatory low acuity patients.
