Taylor Design transformed a San Diego–based, semiconductor manufacturing company’s workplace into a dynamic environment embodying the client’s values of transparency and care for their employees. The design blends open, collaborative areas with thoughtfully curated amenities, including a gym and fitness room, conference center, break room and lounge, informal meeting areas, and huddle rooms to support a variety of workstyles. An accelerated project schedule challenged the team to move quickly while delivering high-quality design reflecting the client’s brand identity. The resulting space fosters connection, innovation, and employee well-being. Aligned with the client’s sustainability goals, the project is LEED Certified.
