Laurie brings over 20 years of passion for people and learning as a fundamental part of Human Resources. The majority of her experience has been with Architecture firms focused on Healthcare and education campuses. She firmly believes that people really do matter most.

Laurie’s previous HR leadership roles include Director of HR and Facilities for The Ratcliff Architects, VP of HR for Gensler, Director HR for Psomas, Principal and Director of International HR at Anshen+Allen, then Stantec, and VP of HR at Harris. Her background includes extensive experience supporting Architecture firms in Heathcare and Educational/Sciences market sectors.
Laurie has taught classes for AIA (national and local); Equity by Design, Georgia Tech, Design Management, AEBL, ACEC senior Executives Institute. She maintains an active role with AEBL, the AIA Large Firm Rountable for HR, and ACEC Senior executives curriculum development and delivery.
