From a bladeless rooftop wind energy system that mimics the airfoils on a race car, to a troffer light fixture with built-in continuous visible light disinfection for hospitals, to a stone wool ceiling system that recreates the look of smooth, flowing plaster ceilings, innovation is plentiful in our annual 75 Top Products report.

HOW WE SELECTED THE WINNERSÂ
Itâs no easy task to evaluate the vast universe of new products, materials, and systems across dozens of product categories and hundreds of manufacturers each year. To start, we invited all product manufacturers serving the U.S./Canadian commercial, institutional, industrial, and multifamily buildings markets to participate in an open submission process. Entries were free, and companies could submit up to three products.
